Saint-Maurice River The Saint-Maurice River flows 523 km (325 mi) from its source in the mountains before emptying into the St. Lawrence River at Trois-Rivieres. Over the centuries the river has been used by fur traders and the logging industry. It is now a source of hydroelectric power for the province of Quebec.

Saint-Louis Lake This lake is located in downtown La Tuque and the nearby park of the same name provides picnic areas. Many summer activities and events such as Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day celebrations are held at the lake. |
